An 8-week journey delving deep into the intricacies of emotional intelligence, exploring its five transformative components.

THE WORKSHOPS

Using our HACK methodology, we’re going to facilitate 8 workshops (2 hours each), either online or in person, for your team to learn and apply the key components of emotional intelligence right away.

THE RESOURCES

Your team members will receive worksheets and resources to help them reflect and put into practice the lessons from each workshop, as well as tools to explore more deeply the areas where they need more support.

THE 1:1 COACHING
